This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Assist in the planning, execution, and adoption of strategic digital transformation initiatives, which encompass AI-driven capabilities, new software platforms, and process automation tools.
• Collect and organize digital transformation requests from various functions throughout the organization.
• Oversee initiatives from conception to delivery under the guidance of the Program Manager.
• Monitor timelines, resources, budgets, and deliverables across multiple simultaneous transformation projects.
• Arrange meetings, action items, and follow-ups to ensure alignment of cross-functional teams with business objectives and strategic priorities.
• Keep project documentation, task lists, risk logs, and status reports up to date.
• Aid in developing change strategies, communication plans, stakeholder engagement, and mitigation actions.
• Collect user feedback and act as the primary point of contact for end users on a daily basis.
• Help design and implement training for AI tools, new systems, and digital workflows.
• Develop and maintain self-service resources, job aids, and interactive learning modules.
• Collaborate with People Ops to integrate digital capabilities into onboarding and development programs.
• Work with IT, Systems, BI, AI & Automation, and external vendors on integrations, deployments, and platform upgrades.
• Facilitate the transition from project teams to operational ownership.
• Monitor post-launch performance and gather user feedback.
• Track KPIs and success metrics, prepare reports and dashboards, and organize data for prioritization and roadmap planning.
• Contribute to program governance, intake, prioritization, decision tracking, and compliance with data privacy, security, and enterprise architecture standards.
• Ensure alignment with the digital transformation strategy and enterprise objectives.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in project coordination, project management, or a similar role; internship or rotational experience is also considered.
• Knowledge of change management principles and training concepts.
• Familiarity with AI tools, SaaS platforms, and process automation technologies.
• Proficient in using project management software to organize tasks, track progress, and manage cross-functional activities.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills, with a keen attention to detail.
• Capability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• CAPM, Agile, or Prosci certification is a bonus.
• Experience with Monday.com is an advantage.
• Must reside in the United States.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the requirement for visa sponsorship now or in the future.
