Associate Project Engineer – Tooling

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Supervise the creation and tracking of the IMS Schedule.

• Manage project RAILs to ensure actions are completed efficiently.

• Monitor productivity levels and drive improvements in processes.

• Research and implement compliant alternatives for source control parts.

• Ensure updates and approvals of drawings are followed in the PLM tool.

• Oversee and report on project schedules, budgets, and priorities.

• Consult with subject matter experts as needed.

• Provide updates on project status during regular internal and external meetings, covering project status, assumptions, required information, and overall program health.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience is required.

• Proficient in tooling, monitoring tool life, risk analysis, and tool surveillance.

• Alternative experience in casting and forging may be considered acceptable.

• Strong proficiency with the MS Office Suite.

• Proven experience in process and productivity improvements.

• Experience in managing end-to-end accountability for part transitions.

• Familiarity or interest in the aerospace industry is preferred.

• Experience with EWI/Rich Client is a plus.

• Familiarity with Teamcenter and SAP is valued.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication, along with interpersonal skills.

• Strong business management and development capabilities.

• Ability to convey technical information in a straightforward manner.

• Capability to collaborate effectively as a team member in a technical project environment.

• Must be self-driven and able to think creatively.

• U.S. citizenship is required.
