This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Oversee the implementation of designated projects within a specified program delivery framework

• Manage task assignments, timelines, and transitions across daily operational activities

• Ensure compliance with protocols, maintain documentation standards, and verify system data integrity

• Generate status updates and stakeholder communications to track progress on milestones and deliverables

• Assess training requirements and provide refresher training sessions

• Raise concerns regarding risks, issues, and dependency conflicts with suggested corrective measures

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in business administration, engineering, operations, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience is mandatory

• A minimum of 3 years' experience in change management, process enhancement, project management, or a related area is required

• Preferably less than 2 years of experience in a managerial role

• Preferred certifications include Project Management Professional (PMP), Agile methodologies (e.g., Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or SAFe Agile), continuous improvement (Lean, Six Sigma, etc.), Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM), or equivalent certifications

• Strong financial and business acumen accompanied by advanced analytical abilities

• Proficient in communicating effectively with both internal and external stakeholders

• Highly organized, detail-focused, and capable of meeting deadlines while managing multiple tasks

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to change

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
