Associate Program Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Washington.

📋 Description

• Create best practices to enhance the efficiency of patient access processes for patients and caregivers.

• Evaluate and document current workflows.

• Utilize data to guide exploration and discovery tasks.

• Design tools for tracking performance.

• Support the implementation of solutions that enhance efficiencies while standardizing and optimizing Patient Market Experience workflows.

• Review and audit processes and procedures.

• Manage compliance-related information and reporting of sensitive HIPAA data.

• Identify and recommend opportunities for optimization.

• Connect and bridge gaps throughout the enterprise.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of knowledge in revenue cycle principles, particularly in patient access and pre-services.

• At least 2 years of experience in revenue cycle workflows.

• Capability to analyze and document current workflows.

• Proficient in using data for discovery and analysis tasks.

• Ability to create tools for tracking performance metrics.

• Experience in auditing processes and procedures.

• Background in coordinating compliance-related information and reporting sensitive HIPAA data.

• Understanding of patient access and pre-services processes.
