Associate Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Create descriptions, specifications, and supporting documents for features and tasks.

• Monitor statuses, determine next steps, and ensure follow-through on agreed decisions.

• Ensure the smooth flow of information so that decisions are communicated effectively and acted upon as intended.

• Assist in product discovery and delivery processes.

• Conduct research on products, competitors, and market trends.

• Collect and organize feedback from users and internal teams.

• Maintain logs of decisions made.

• Analyze fundamental product data.

• Work collaboratively with the executive team and developers.

• Foster a clear and transparent communication process.

• Manage smaller initiatives from start to finish.

⛳️ Requirements

• Practical experience in a product company, particularly in areas related to feature development; experience in support, marketing, QA, or similar roles is applicable.

• Basic knowledge of the software development lifecycle.

• Organized and dependable work style.

• Capability to collect dispersed information and present it in a structured manner.

• Commitment to fulfilling obligations.

• Openness to receiving feedback.

• Ability to proactively identify risks and gaps and offer recommendations.

• Conversational proficiency in Polish is required.

• Preferred: experience with tools such as Mixpanel, Linear, Notion, Figma, or similar applications.

• Preferred: foundational knowledge of SEO, search engines, content, or AI.
