Associate Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +33 more states.

📋 Description

• Assist in overseeing products throughout various stages of their lifecycle, including development, launch, and optimization.

• Aid in the creation and upkeep of product roadmaps, timelines, and performance metrics.

• Perform market research and collect customer feedback to guide product decisions.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish product requirements, support enhancements, and ensure the timely and effective execution of product-related projects.

• Maintain and revise product documentation, templates, and communication materials to align with brand and regulatory standards.

• Conduct and present opportunity analyses for assigned product(s) in coordination with account management teams.

• Engage in client implementations and offer support to internal stakeholders.

• Track industry trends and regulatory changes to maintain product compliance and relevance.

• Utilize fundamental project management techniques to assist with scope, timelines, and deliverables.

• Contribute to cross-functional projects to identify product requirements, system enhancements, and ensure quality and stability.

• Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience is mandatory.

• A minimum of 1 year of experience in product management, product development, project management, or a related field is preferred.

• Experience in the healthcare, pharmacy benefit management (PBM), biomedical, or digital health industries is preferred.

• Must participate in, follow, and support compliance program objectives.

• Ability to consistently interact cooperatively and respectfully with fellow employees.

• Candidates must reside in one of the eligible U.S. states or Washington, D.C. as specified in the remote work notification.
