Associate Principal Solution Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Create and implement highly configurable and tailored applications utilizing Conga Products and Platform for clients.

• Drive business transformation to enhance revenue lifecycle processes, improve operational efficiency, and minimize costs within enterprise environments.

• Oversee comprehensive Quote-to-Cash implementations and improvements.

• Execute assessments for Contract Lifecycle Management, Configure-Price-Quote, and Quote-to-Cash for legacy systems.

• Design and architect solid, scalable, secure, and high-performance technical solutions.

• Define technical architecture for custom development, API-driven integrations, and platform configurations.

• Develop and tailor solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, JavaScript, and C#.

• Construct and maintain REST and SOAP API integrations between Salesforce and external enterprise systems.

• Implement version control and branching strategies utilizing Git and Bitbucket.

• Manage project delivery using Jira for sprint planning and issue tracking.

• Keep architecture and technical design documentation updated in Confluence.

• Conduct code reviews to uphold best practices and platform standards.

• Collaborate with data architecture, including mapping and loading tasks.

• Ensure adherence to GDPR, FINRA, and HIPAA standards.

• Work with sales teams and prospects/customers to outline solutions, scope, and Statements of Work.

• Report directly to the Director, PS.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience.

• At least five (5) years of increasingly responsible experience in delivering business transformation and optimizing revenue lifecycle processes.

• Proven experience leading end-to-end Quote-to-Cash (QTC) implementations and enhancements.

• Proficiency with Salesforce CRM, JavaScript, and .NET (C#).

• Experience conducting assessments for CLM, CPQ, and QTC for legacy systems.

• Experience with Salesforce/ERP integrations across both upstream and downstream systems.

• Expertise in designing robust, scalable, secure, and high-performance technical solutions.

• Experience defining technical architecture for custom development, API-driven integrations, and platform configurations.

• Skilled in Apex, Lightning Web Components, JavaScript, and C#.

• Experience in building and maintaining REST and SOAP API integrations.

• Familiarity with Git and Bitbucket for version control and branching strategies.

• Proficient in using Jira for sprint planning and issue tracking.

• Experience in maintaining architecture and technical design documentation in Confluence.

• Proven ability to perform code reviews.

• Knowledge of data architecture, including mapping and loading processes.

• Understanding of GDPR, FINRA, and HIPAA compliance standards.

• Experience in collaborating with sales teams and prospects/customers to define solutions, scope, and Statements of Work.
