
Associate Partner β Customer Success, Payer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Take charge of post-sale customer relationships as the commercial and executive lead for enterprise healthcare accounts.
β’ Facilitate renewals, expansion, value realization, executive trust, net revenue retention, renewal forecast accuracy, expansion pipeline advancement, and account retention.
β’ Formulate expansion strategies and account growth plans aligned with customer business objectives.
β’ Act as the primary executive liaison for VP, SVP, and C-suite customer leadership.
β’ Conduct executive quarterly business reviews (QBRs) centered on results, ROI, and alignment with the strategic roadmap.
β’ Communicate value through cost efficiency, quality enhancement, clinical outcomes, and operational scalability.
β’ Manage account strategy, stakeholder mapping, success plans, risk mitigation, account health, and operational rhythms.
β’ Ensure delivery outcomes meet contractual commitments and align with executive expectations.
β’ Convert customer objectives into internal priorities and collaborate with Customer Engineering Managers on delivery alignment.
β’ Identify churn risks and implement corrective measures with delivery teams.
β’ Serve as the executive quarterback among Product, Engineering, Analytics, and Delivery teams.
β’ Influence roadmap discussions using insights from customers and market context.
β’ Leverage data, analytics, clinical insights, and operational metrics to validate value, support renewals, and facilitate expansion.
β’ Simplify complex analytics and metrics into clear executive narratives and recommendations.
β’ 8β12+ years of experience in healthcare consulting, customer success, account management, or enterprise SaaS.
β’ Strong foundation in healthcare operations, payer/provider models, or clinical analytics.
β’ Adept at setting direction, making decisive judgments, and holding teams accountable without formal authority.
β’ Proven track record of managing senior executive relationships.
β’ Demonstrated commercial acumen: understands revenue, margins, and growth drivers.
β’ Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
β’ Proven ability to achieve results in ambiguous, rapidly changing environments with distributed and offshore delivery teams.
β’ MBA or equivalent strategic training is highly preferred.
