This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +1 more state.
• Take ownership of, manage, and expand a focused portfolio of insurance accounts.
• Begin with a small portfolio that includes existing documentation and some initial traction, then develop it into significant revenue-generating relationships.
• Explore new opportunities within current accounts and identify net-new prospects to convert.
• Focus on clients with urgent AI transformation requirements and critical modernization strategies.
• Assist in identifying, pursuing, and converting pipeline opportunities.
• Oversee the scoping, fee negotiation, and risk management across various engagements.
• Establish and nurture relationships with client CXOs and senior executives.
• Lead interactions and consulting efforts at the C-level.
• Ensure the delivery of high-quality outcomes alongside senior stakeholders.
• Enhance client satisfaction as measured by the Net Promoter Score and secure client references.
• Drive signings, achieve revenue targets, and foster backlog growth.
• Manage margin expectations while ensuring sustained profitability.
• Meet individual and team utilization targets while upholding delivery excellence.
• Guide multidisciplinary teams through complex consulting projects.
• Influence Kyndryl’s strategic initiatives through expertise in insurance and technology.
• Cultivate thought leadership, intellectual capital, and establish external market presence.
• A proven history of successfully owning, growing, and expanding accounts from a small start into substantial revenue relationships.
• Demonstrated capability to operate in unexplored markets, establishing relationships and building pipelines in developing sectors.
• Experience in a hybrid hunter-farmer role with quantifiable outcomes in account growth and new client acquisition.
• Comfort in engaging with CXOs, bringing credibility and gravitas to discussions.
• Ability to provide guidance on business strategy and technology transformation.
• Familiarity with AI-driven transformation use cases and the ability to articulate their value to insurance leaders.
• Established market relationships with targeted accounts.
• Extensive knowledge of the Specialty Insurance market.
• Solid understanding of specialty underwriting, broker-driven distribution, and customized policy frameworks.
• Proven ability to build pipelines and close deals with carriers, MGAs, and brokers.
• Strong comprehension of insurance core platforms, including Guidewire, Duck Creek, and Majesco.
• Established connections with Specialty carriers, brokers, and MGAs in the Midwest and/or Northeast.
• Recognized as a sales leader and trusted advisor in AI-driven insurance transformation.
• Experience in Property & Casualty (P&C) is a significant advantage.
• Familiarity with Life Insurance and broker ecosystems is advantageous.
