Associate Operations Specialist – Romanian or French

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Initiate background checks utilizing both third-party services and internal systems.

• Engage with companies, educational institutions, and professional organizations across the EMEA region via email and phone.

• Process check results according to the specific requirements of clients.

• Work collaboratively with clients and candidates to address process-related concerns.

• Analyze candidates’ backgrounds thoroughly.

• Review case files to ensure high-quality, accurate, and efficient service delivery.

• Respond swiftly to incoming emails, calls, and requests.

• Gather feedback to uphold quality control standards.

• Complete all required technical and on-the-job training.

• Operate in compliance with policies, procedures, data protection, and privacy regulations.

• Embody company values and promote a positive organizational culture.

• Perform other relevant duties as part of the team.

• Exceptional data entry skills with a strong focus on detail and quality.

• Ability to comply with process delivery, data regulations, and eligibility criteria.

• Proficient in prioritizing conflicting tasks and managing personal time effectively.

• Competent in using a PC, including comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.

• Flexible and adaptable to changing circumstances.

• Proactive in identifying and resolving customer challenges.

• Eager to learn, develop, and embrace changes in a technologically advanced setting.

• Capable of working independently as well as part of a broader team.

• Self-driven and action-oriented, with a sense of urgency.

• Proficient in English and either Romanian or French.
