This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Initiate background checks utilizing third-party services and internal systems.

• Engage with businesses, educational institutions, and professional organizations throughout the EMEA region via email and telephone.

• Process background check results in accordance with client specifications.

• Collaborate with both clients and candidates to address process-related challenges.

• Analyze candidates’ backgrounds thoroughly.

• Review case files to ensure high-quality, accurate, and efficient service delivery.

• Respond swiftly to incoming emails, phone calls, and requests.

• Gather feedback to uphold quality control standards.

• Operate within a diverse, team-oriented, and performance-focused environment.

• Complete required technical and on-the-job training.

• Adhere to company policies, as well as data protection and privacy regulations.

• Uphold company values and perform other related team responsibilities.

• Exceptional data entry capabilities with a strong focus on detail and quality.

• Capacity to comply with process delivery, data regulations, and eligibility criteria.

• Ability to prioritize competing tasks and manage time effectively based on team needs and business demands.

• Proficiency in PC operations, including comprehensive use of Microsoft Office applications.

• Adaptable and flexible in changing environments.

• Proactive in identifying and resolving customer challenges.

• Capability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
