Associate Operations Specialist, German

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Initiate background checks utilizing third-party services and internal systems.

• Engage with companies, educational institutions, and professional organizations throughout the EMEA region via email and phone.

• Process check results in accordance with client specifications.

• Collaborate with clients and candidates to address process-related concerns.

• Analyze candidates’ backgrounds thoroughly.

• Review case files to ensure high-quality, accurate, and efficient service delivery.

• Respond promptly to incoming emails, calls, and inquiries.

• Gather feedback to uphold quality control measures.

• Operate within a multicultural, team-oriented, performance-driven atmosphere.

• Complete required technical and on-the-job training, including GDPR and privacy training.

• Adhere to policies, procedures, data protection, and privacy regulations.

• Exhibit company values and promote a positive workplace culture.

• Perform additional relevant team responsibilities.

• Exceptional data entry skills with a strong focus on detail and quality.

• Ability to comply with process delivery, data compliance, and eligibility regulations.
