This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +3 more states.
β’ Play a vital role in the clinical and commercial advancement of SIR-Spheres and other products marketed in the US.
β’ Engage with and collaborate alongside KOLs, HCPs, investigators, and various external stakeholders.
β’ Build new relationships and nurture existing connections with HCPs and KOLs.
β’ Act as a spokesperson for the company regarding clinical programs, clinical trials, and the medical translation of marketing functions.
β’ Create KOL engagement strategies and facilitate HCP education and medical information dissemination.
β’ Relay feedback and concerns from external experts to internal commercial leadership.
β’ Represent Sirtex at medical meetings, conferences, advisory boards, institutional outreach sessions, and strategic partner engagements.
β’ Identify proctors and new users needing proctoring support while facilitating introductions to the TEC program.
β’ Recognize fellowship participants, speakers, and potential study leaders.
β’ Utilize the Evidence Generation Plan to pinpoint ISR drivers and engage them regarding study proposals.
β’ Track regional investigator study progress and pinpoint and address delays or obstacles.
β’ Deliver medical education presentations while collecting feedback for organizational distribution.
β’ Collaborate with Medical Information to promptly address HCP inquiries and follow up as necessary.
β’ Formulate field insight questions, identify broader implications, and present HCP insights to Medical leadership.
β’ Convert HCP insights into scientific communications and publication outputs.
β’ Assist in internal training, Journal Club, commercial training, and the development of newsletters.
β’ An advanced degree in life sciences or healthcare is required (e.g., PhD, PharmD, MD).
β’ A minimum of 1 year of experience in the pharmaceutical and/or medical device sectors is essential.
β’ Experience in cross-functional in-house MSL roles or similar industry positions is preferred.
β’ Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence and inspire team members.
β’ Capability to collaborate with multiple internal and external stakeholders in a cross-functional matrix.
β’ Ability to excel in a fast-paced and dynamic team setting.
β’ Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
β’ Operational efficiency with the ability to devise project strategies and execute projects reliably.
β’ A flexible and solution-oriented mindset.
β’ Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.
β’ Availability for occasional weekend work for conferences or other meetings.
β’ Residency in Arizona, California, New Mexico, or Nevada is required.
β’ Target bonus of 15%.
