πŸ“‹ Description

β€’ Oversee the lifecycle and implementation of four essential digital media functions: planning, purchasing, quality assurance, and reporting, utilizing both onshore and offshore media buying teams.

β€’ Direct and prioritize team efforts while mentoring talent and facilitating media purchases, presentations, reporting, and quality assurance as necessary.

β€’ Act as a crucial internal subject matter expert across various digital media channels and platforms.

β€’ Develop, assess, and enhance digital media planning and purchasing strategies, digital platforms, and media mixes for corporate clients.

β€’ Discover and integrate new media platforms, technologies, and processes, including AI, to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of media practices.

β€’ Work in conjunction with Creative and Campaign Operations leaders to ensure seamless transitions between operational tasks.

β€’ Oversee Google Tag Manager, ad servers, media platform data tracking, attribution, analysis, and UTM.


⛳️ Requirements

β€’ At least 5 years of experience in media planning, buying, and reporting.

β€’ A minimum of 1-2 years in a managerial role.

β€’ Previous experience working with offshore and distributed teams.

β€’ At least 1-2 years of experience in attribution and tracking, preferably with Google Tag Manager and/or ad servers.

β€’ A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business, Digital Media, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.

β€’ Capability to prioritize a high volume of campaigns while maintaining high-quality performance and execution.

β€’ Previous experience in driving report automation.

β€’ A strong understanding of client needs and a creative approach to partnering with clients to fulfill those needs.

β€’ Demonstrated leadership skills, including experience managing direct reports and collaborating with internal stakeholders.

β€’ Enthusiasm for training, motivating, and developing a small Media Operations Team.
