📋 Description

• Create global, payer-centric market access materials utilizing principles of evidence-based medicine, public health policy, health economics, and health outcomes.

• Gain insights into country-specific landscapes and technical challenges related to patient access to medicines and healthcare services.

• Collaborate across various therapeutic areas and distill essential information aligned with project goals.

• Execute literature searches, conduct evidence reviews, and perform secondary research with guidance from senior team members.

• Integrate research findings into payer value dossiers, publications, and comprehensive reports.

• Assist clients with reimbursement applications and broader payer communications.

• Partner with Evidence & Access team members in a dynamic agency environment.

• Manage multiple projects and deadlines while upholding high-quality standards.

⛳️ Requirements

• A degree in life sciences, preferably accompanied by a postgraduate qualification in a related scientific discipline such as pharmacy (PharmD), health economics, or public policy (MPH).

• Exceptional scientific writing capabilities.

• Proficient in Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, Outlook, and Adobe.

• Highly organized and dependable, with a keen eye for detail.

• Communicates clearly and professionally, both orally and in written form.

• Effectively manages time and meets project deadlines.

• Capable of prioritizing and independently managing multiple projects while ensuring accuracy under pressure.

• Professional, flexible, and proactive in addressing team and client requirements.

• Exhibits curiosity, initiative, and accountability for ongoing learning and enhancing team efficiency.
