Associate, Lifecycle Marketing Analytics

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Develop, sustain, and gather both structured and unstructured data sets for comprehensive analysis and reporting.

• Generate reports, forecasts, models, and presentations to bolster business strategies and tactics.

• Apply mathematics, statistics, modeling, business analysis, and technology to convert complex data into sophisticated analytic solutions.

• Grasp departmental, segment, and organizational strategies along with their operating objectives and connections to relevant areas.

• Make informed decisions regarding work methodologies in situations that may be somewhat ambiguous.

• Operate with minimal supervision while adhering to established guidelines and procedures.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree along with 2 years of technical experience (model building, mathematical analytics, coding) OR a Master's degree in a related field.

• Proven experience in developing, maintaining, and collecting both structured and unstructured data sets for analysis and reporting.

• Demonstrated ability in creating reports, forecasts, models, and presentations to support business initiatives.

• Experience in utilizing mathematics, statistics, modeling, business analysis, and technology to convert large volumes of complex data into advanced analytic solutions.

• Understanding of departmental, segment, and organizational strategies and operating objectives, including their interconnections with related areas.

• Capability to make decisions regarding personal work methods, occasionally in ambiguous situations.

• Familiarity with healthcare data or care management analytics.

• Awareness of lifecycle marketing and member engagement strategies.

• Experience with data visualization platforms.

• Availability to work during Eastern Standard Time (EST) hours.

• Minimum home internet speed of 25 Mbps for downloads and 10 Mbps for uploads.

• A dedicated workspace free from interruptions to ensure the protection of member PHI / HIPAA information.
