This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey.
• Propel sales performance within the designated territory through solution selling, territory management, leveraging Zoetis resources, fostering organizational relationships, and engaging in professional development.
• Achieve and surpass overall sales targets and key growth product quotas.
• Introduce new products and service offerings to the market.
• Maintain a diverse portfolio to fulfill territory and business requirements.
• Exhibit success in growth rates and enhance overall business vitality.
• Cultivate technical knowledge, verbal proficiency, and expertise in veterinary practices.
• Establish and nurture relationships with targeted hospitals and personnel.
• Engage with customers in accordance with Zoetis promotional guidelines.
• Employ insight and consultative selling techniques to educate clients about their industry and align their needs with Zoetis solutions.
• Formulate and implement an annual Territory Business Plan.
• Create and execute SMART goals across the Zoetis portfolio.
• Utilize Zoetis resources, samples, educational materials, and events to optimize ROI.
• Leverage the Customer Relationship Management system to identify account growth opportunities.
• Conduct quarterly business reviews with the Inside and Digital Sales Manager, adjusting territory strategies, tactics, and investments as necessary.
• Collaborate with Zoetis colleagues, internal stakeholders, external customers, and cross-functional teams.
• Complete the Zoetis product and industry Learning and Development curriculum.
• Develop an annual Individual Development Plan.
• Participate in regional and national sales meetings and onsite educational training as required.
• Associate degree is required.
• Undergraduate degree (BS/BA) is preferred.
• Experience in Animal Health and knowledge of veterinary medicine are preferred.
• Proven success in previous roles, including creatively identifying opportunities or resolving issues to drive sales performance.
• Ability to utilize analytics and insights to improve decision-making and tactical execution.
• Capability to manage assigned expense budgets effectively.
• Proficiency in articulating complex concepts in a concise manner.
• Professional demeanor and presentation style are essential.
• Highly focused and results-oriented, with the ability to identify and manage goals and priorities.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a close team environment.
• Openness to receiving and integrating feedback.
• Computer proficiency (MS Office, Outlook, and a willingness to learn Zoetis systems).
• All applicants must either possess or be able to obtain authorization to work in the US for Zoetis.
• Limited travel will be required, including attendance at regional and national sales meetings and onsite educational training.
