Associate Implementation Project Manager, TPA Health Plans

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.

📋 Description

• Assist in the complete implementation lifecycle for new group projects from initiation to go-live.

• Develop and manage comprehensive project plans for each new business initiative.

• Collaborate with internal teams to establish accurate and achievable deadlines.

• Monitor deliverables across various teams and follow up on any missed milestones.

• Raise timeline-related risks to leadership for timely resolution.

• Facilitate internal implementation meetings to identify obstacles, align stakeholders, and foster solutions.

• Actively recognize and manage implementation risks while creating actionable plans.

• Review new client account setups across internal systems prior to go-live.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree is preferred.

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in a health insurance or healthcare benefits setting.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

• Knowledge of project management tools and workflows is a plus.
