Associate Global Quality Documentation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Handle a significant volume of incoming customer requests on a daily basis

• Address requests for standard documents, questionnaires, customer specifications, and quality agreements

• Collaborate with regulatory, manufacturing, quality, legal, and customer support teams to complete customer questionnaires

• Provide customer letters in reply to standard inquiries

• Coordinate and manage responses to non-standard inquiries and requests

• Develop and sustain a thorough understanding of products and manufacturing locations

• Assist in generating necessary documentation by collaborating with relevant internal and external quality parties

• Work together with Quality team members to uphold and continually enhance systems and databases

• Organize and maintain quality documentation and standard letters while tracking responses to customer inquiries

• Contribute as part of a team to ensure the efficiency of the customer documentation response process

• Collaborate with Sales to ensure that requests are comprehensive and prioritized as required

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s or associate degree, or equivalent experience in quality, operations, or regulatory fields

• Previous experience in quality, regulatory, or the food industry is preferred

• Basic understanding of starches, hydrocolloids, or experience with food ingredients is advantageous

• Exceptional time management skills; ability to manage multiple requests/assignments simultaneously and complete tasks accurately and promptly

• Strong computer skills; proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, graphics, and database software

• Excellent listening and communication abilities

• Keen attention to detail and outstanding organizational skills

• Strong verbal and written communication proficiency
