Associate GDCM Deployment PEP

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Singapore.

📋 Description

• Diagnose and resolve issues while offering technical expertise.

• Provide training and support for hotel operations, either remotely or on-site.

• Create and set up system databases.

• Configure hardware and interfaces.

• Facilitate the migration of hotels from outdated PMS to PEP, ensuring thorough data transfer.

• Educate new Team Members on project components and task execution.

• Collaborate with Managers and Senior Associates to assist in migration projects.

• Work with both internal and external support teams to address system challenges.

• Manage various phases of remote and on-site PEP deployment, which includes communication, configuration, database construction, data migration, interface testing, training, and operational support for hotels.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 6 years of experience in a technology-related role.

• Proven professional experience in technology or a related area such as hotel operations.

• Familiarity with property, sales, or revenue management systems.

• Knowledge of Hilton’s Property Management System (PMS), Central Reservation System (CRS), and their associated interfaces.

• Willingness to travel up to 80% of the time.

• Background as a successful systems installer is advantageous.

• Experience in troubleshooting local hotel systems or interfaces is beneficial.

• Proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
