This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Acquire a thorough understanding of the various equity programs offered by the company.
• Assist in the monthly and quarterly processes related to equity compensation and financial reporting.
• Prepare equity accounting inputs for over 30 global entities, including calculations for awards, stock-based journal entries, reconciliations, and forecasts.
• Implement automated workflows using Excel and Alteryx for routine processing related to AEP, stock awards, and forecasting workbooks.
• Create files that facilitate internal sign-offs and ensure audit readiness for grants, options, and reporting.
• Maintain standardized process documentation and dashboards.
• Collect data and draft materials for quarterly and annual financial disclosure submissions.
• Identify discrepancies in data and workflow inefficiencies, escalating issues or offering solutions as necessary.
• Provide support for general equity administration and special projects.
• Maintain regular communication with team members and supervisors through email, messaging, and video conferencing.
• Participate in virtual meetings and deliver updates on progress.
• Collaborate effectively with colleagues using remote collaboration tools.
• Comply with company policies, data security, and confidentiality requirements.
• Ensure completion of assigned projects with accuracy and timeliness.
• Work reliably in a remote setting while being available during designated working hours.
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting.
• 0–2 years of relevant experience (general ledger, stock accounting, etc.).
• Demonstrated professional curiosity, collaboration, problem-solving abilities, resourcefulness, initiative, technical skills in AI/VBA automation, and strong communication skills.
• Agile and flexible mindset.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Critical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to complete individual assignments and work collaboratively within a team.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in conflict resolution and active listening.
• Strong knowledge of G Suite.
• Experience with Microsoft Office is an advantage.
• Preferred experience in remote work.
