Associate District Sales Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in China.

📋 Description

• Oversee and manage a team of two or more professionals.

• Act as the first-level manager for a workgroup that includes professionals, technical staff, and/or administrative personnel.

• Guide, mentor, and coordinate team members effectively.

• Advocate for and/or market the organization's products through various channels within a specified territory.

• Engage with specialists, physicians, pharmacies, and/or distributors.

⛳️ Requirements

• Associate's Degree (approximately 13 years).

• At least 4 years of relevant experience.

• Proven experience in promoting and/or selling products through various channels.

• Background in engaging with specialists, physicians, pharmacies, and/or distributors.
