This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with business and functional leaders, acting as the primary HR contact.
• Act as the main HR liaison for functional leaders up to the VP-level, along with their teams, employees, and management staff.
• Advocate for change, foster organizational trust, and enhance a positive workplace culture.
• Collaborate and communicate regularly with leadership regarding trends.
• Offer coaching and guidance on policy interpretation, corrective actions, leaves of absence, development plans, and terminations.
• Review, interpret, administer, and ensure adherence to federal, state, and local employment laws along with company policies.
• Collaborate with Employee Relations and Legal on escalated cases.
• Develop and maintain workforce staffing plans.
• Oversee recruiting initiatives in partnership with the Talent Acquisition COE.
• Collaborate with Total Rewards on benefits, compensation policies, programs, and communications.
• Provide strategic guidance on benefits and compensation planning and administration.
• Create programs and services aimed at enhancing employee engagement, retention, and job satisfaction.
• Facilitate talent management events, including succession planning.
• Deliver onboarding materials, leadership training, and HR compliance training.
• Manage performance evaluations, employee reviews, and calibration discussions.
• Cultivate strong relationships across the organization to enhance HR involvement.
• Complete other assigned duties as necessary.
• Supervise as assigned.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required.
• A Master’s or law degree is highly preferred.
• Over 8 years of experience in HR management, ideally within a high-growth, fast-paced environment.
• An innovative, strategic thinker capable of effectively utilizing data to enhance efficiency in a production-focused operational setting.
• Proven experience in leading change management initiatives, particularly in organizational design/structure, People program development and implementation, and/or People service delivery.
• Strong stakeholder management abilities, especially in business partnering with senior business leaders and global counterparts.
• In-depth knowledge and experience with federal, state, and local employment laws.
• Exceptional coaching and conflict resolution skills, with a proven track record of leading complex workplace investigations.
• Ability to create and implement a proactive employee strategy aimed at enhancing leadership skills to foster employee engagement.
• Keen attention to detail along with excellent interpersonal, problem-solving, listening, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Sound judgment and ethical conduct regarding employee relations within a highly diverse workforce.
• Familiarity with various human resource information systems.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
