This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Establish strong connections with business and functional leaders, acting as the primary HR contact.
• Serve as the primary HR liaison for functional leaders up to the VP level, their teams, and all employee tiers and management staff.
• Advocate for change, foster organizational trust, and enhance a positive workplace environment.
• Collaborate and communicate consistently with leadership regarding trends.
• Offer coaching and advice on the interpretation/application of policies and procedures, coaching and corrective actions, leaves of absence, development plans, and terminations.
• Review, interpret, implement, and ensure adherence to federal, state, and local employment laws, as well as company policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with Employee Relations and Legal on escalated matters.
• Develop and maintain workforce staffing plans in partnership with leaders.
• Oversee recruiting efforts in conjunction with the Talent Acquisition Center of Excellence (COE).
• Work with the Total Rewards COE on benefits and compensation policies, procedures, programs, and communications.
• Provide guidance on strategic planning and administration of benefits and compensation.
• Create programs and services aimed at enhancing employee engagement, retention, and job satisfaction.
• Lead talent management events, including succession planning, alongside HR and leadership.
• Deliver orientation and onboarding materials as well as leadership and compliance training.
• Supervise performance management, employee reviews, evaluations, and calibration discussions.
• Build strong relationships throughout the organization to fortify HR involvement.
• Carry out all other assigned duties.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required.
• A Master's or law degree is highly preferred.
• Over 8 years of experience in HR management, ideally in a high-growth, fast-paced setting.
• An innovative and strategic thinker capable of effectively utilizing data to enhance efficiency in a production-oriented environment.
• Proven experience leading change management initiatives, particularly in organizational design/structure, People program development and implementation, and/or People service delivery.
• Strong skills in stakeholder management, especially in partnering with senior business leaders and global counterparts.
• Comprehensive knowledge and experience with federal, state, and local employment laws.
• Exceptional coaching and conflict resolution abilities, with a track record of leading complex workplace investigations.
• Capability to create and execute a proactive employee strategy aimed at developing leadership skills to enhance employee engagement.
• High attention to detail, along with excellent interpersonal, problem-solving, listening, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Sound judgment and ethical conduct concerning employee relations within a highly diverse workforce.
• Familiarity with various human resource information systems.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or corresponding software.
