This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.
• Collaborate with creative teams, subject matter experts, and account management colleagues to generate ideas and coordinate planning and analytical activities for healthcare and pharmaceutical accounts.
• Integrate data and insights to foster the development of cohesive strategies, comprehensive multichannel plans, and innovative concepts.
• Create brand strategies, digital cross-channel approaches, creative briefs, customer journeys, and ecosystems in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Establish cooperative relationships with internal teams, agency partners, and clients.
• Oversee strategic elements of client business and actively engage with clients.
• Manage multiple projects and assignments concurrently, delegating tasks as necessary.
• Lead the development of annual planning deliverables.
• Identify areas for enhancement, organic growth, and workflow efficiencies.
• Develop and contribute to points of view (POVs), channel/tactical plans, patient journeys, and digital ecosystems.
• Assist with new business initiatives as needed.
• Exhibit a commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion through ongoing development, inclusive practices, and proactive bias management.
• Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned.
• At least six years of experience in planning, strategic planning, and related communication roles.
• Experience in an advertising agency is highly desirable.
• Demonstrated ability to think outside the box.
• Proven track record of successfully developing multichannel strategies for brands and executing them in the market.
• Strong digital and analytical skills.
• A background in Pharma/Healthcare is a significant advantage.
• A compelling storyteller and persuasive presenter.
• In-depth understanding of digital channels.
• Familiarity with CRM and social media strategic disciplines.
• Resourceful, inquisitive, and capable of maintaining a broader perspective while focusing on details.
• A strong blend of creativity and analytical thinking.
• Ability to simplify complex concepts.
