This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +6 more states.
• Create and execute strategic paid search campaigns across retail media networks for a large enterprise retail client.
• Lead and oversee a team of paid search specialists, offering guidance, mentorship, and opportunities for professional growth.
• Collaborate with analytics, creative, and account management teams to develop integrated media plans.
• Evaluate campaign performance data and deliver actionable insights for optimization.
• Manage daily campaign execution, ensuring timely delivery, adherence to budgets, and compliance with quality standards.
• Keep abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in paid search and retail media.
• Build and sustain client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor.
• Create and deliver performance reports along with strategic recommendations.
• Cultivate a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
• At least 5 years of experience in paid search advertising, particularly within retail media networks.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in client-facing positions.
• Demonstrated success in managing effective paid search campaigns for enterprise-level accounts.
• In-depth knowledge of retail media networks and platforms, such as Amazon Advertising, Walmart Connect, Best Buy Ads, and Target Roundel.
• Expertise in paid search tools and technologies, including Google Ads, Bing Ads, and various analytics platforms.
• Strong analytical capabilities with the ability to interpret data and provide practical insights.
• Experience in leading and managing a team, emphasizing mentorship and professional development.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling the establishment of strong relationships with clients and internal teams.
• Ability to promote a collaborative and high-achieving team atmosphere.
• Competence in developing and executing strategic paid search plans that align with client goals and drive business growth.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and adaptability to evolving market conditions and client requirements.
• Candidates must reside in either the Central, Mountain, or Pacific time zones.
• Must have authorization to work in the U.S.; DEPT participates in E-Verify.
