This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Lead and manage the Reporting Solutions team, overseeing approximately three team members.
β’ Develop the strategy and roadmap for Reporting Solutions.
β’ Implement a product-focused approach to reporting that incorporates client feedback, business requirements, usage trends, and new technologies.
β’ Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to convert complex marketing and business inquiries into actionable reporting and analytics experiences.
β’ Establish reporting patterns across various clients and sectors, identifying elements that should be standardized, configurable, or customized.
β’ Direct the development of reusable reporting capabilities for B2B, Retail Media, and other key sectors.
β’ Work alongside Data Engineering and Product teams on data models, metrics, dimensions, quality standards, and platform functionalities.
β’ Set standards for reporting quality, visualization, user experience, performance, documentation, and quality assurance.
β’ Offer technical and strategic advice on intricate reporting projects.
β’ Assess interactive applications, self-service analytics, AI-driven reporting, conversational analytics, and other innovative methodologies.
β’ Evaluate the effectiveness of reporting through metrics such as adoption, usability, stakeholder feedback, and business impact.
β’ Balance competing priorities while ensuring the delivery of high-quality results.
β’ Minimum of 7 years of experience in business intelligence, reporting solutions, marketing analytics, data visualization, or a related field.
β’ At least 2 years of experience in people management, including coaching, performance management, prioritization, and career development.
β’ Experience in an advertising agency, consulting firm, or other multi-client settings.
β’ Proven track record in leading the design and delivery of client-facing reporting and analytics solutions from requirements gathering to production and continuous improvement.
β’ Extensive experience with modern business intelligence and data visualization platforms such as Looker, Looker Studio, Tableau, Power BI, or similar tools.
β’ Strong understanding of data visualization, information architecture, user experience, and data storytelling.
β’ Solid knowledge of SQL, analytical data models, metrics, and dimensions.
β’ Proven ability to identify opportunities for standardizing and scaling reporting solutions.
β’ Deep understanding of digital marketing and measurement, including common KPIs, media channels, attribution considerations, and reporting needs across various clients and business models.
β’ Experience working with marketing and advertising data from platforms such as Google Ads, Meta, Microsoft, The Trade Desk, Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or similar sources.
β’ Excellent client-facing and executive communication skills.
β’ Experience leading complex projects across Product, Engineering, Analytics, Media, and client-facing teams.
