Associate Director – Regional Marketing

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Develop and implement strategies and tactics for KOL customers that support BeOne’s hematology oncology products.

• Act as a Regional Marketer within the Customer Enterprise Team, focusing on the Hematology portfolio, which includes Brukinsa and Beqalzi.

• Execute integrated strategies for KOL and customer engagement specifically for Brukinsa and Beqalzi.

• Cultivate relationships with external KOL customers and influence the commercial strategy in collaboration with internal partners.

• Represent BeOne at various meetings, conferences, and events both in the US and internationally.

• Create and implement a promotional speaker bureau strategy for BeOne’s oncology product line.

• Carry out integrated commercial and marketing plans during national and regional scientific gatherings.

• Collaborate with Sales, Medical Affairs, Market Access, and Commercial Operations & Business Analytics teams.

• Identify, prioritize, and communicate market insights, challenges, barriers, and potential solutions.

• Design promotional peer-to-peer content, product theaters, and educational programs for conferences.

• Organize and execute commercial advisory boards.

• Assess and apply innovative strategies for engaging KOLs.

• Contribute to Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), brand tactical planning, and Launch Readiness Reviews.

• Drive business outcomes while contributing to culture and people initiatives.


⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 8 years of experience in pharmaceutical marketing or a related field.

• At least 3 years of preferred experience in Hematology Oncology sales and/or marketing.

• Experience with product launches in the biotech or pharmaceutical US market is preferred.

• Proven ability to build meaningful relationships with KOL customers as well as with internal commercial, medical affairs, and clinical development teams.

• Proficient in influencing cross-functional teams and engaging with both internal and external stakeholders.

• Exceptional interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.

• Capable of synthesizing data to provide clear insights into commercial opportunities, risks, and insights.

• A Bachelor’s degree is required.

• Proficient in PC usage and the Microsoft Office Suite.

• Ability to create presentations using PowerPoint.

• Skilled in managing and refining workflow processes using Excel.

• Willingness to travel 50% of the time or more.
