This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Idaho.
• Act as a strategic partner to the Executive Director and HRBP, providing support to the global Engineering organization.
• Propel the implementation of Engineering transformation initiatives in collaboration with HR, Engineering leadership, and essential functional partners.
• Oversee intricate, cross-functional projects that encompass workforce strategy, organizational efficiency, and operational enhancements.
• Organize strategic planning sessions, operating reviews, and updates for leadership.
• Develop communications, presentations, and briefs that are ready for executive review.
• Examine organizational, talent, and project data to uncover trends, risks, and strategic insights.
• Work in tandem with Centers of Excellence to ensure HR initiatives are in line with Engineering’s strategic goals.
• Foster continuous improvement in team operations, stakeholder engagement, and project execution methodologies.
• Generally requires a University Degree and at least 12 years of relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related discipline with a minimum of 10 years of experience.
• 6+ years of background in project management, HR strategy, business operations, consulting, or transformation roles.
• Proven experience in supporting complex or technical organizations.
• Knowledge in change management and leading cross-functional stakeholders.
• Must possess authorization to work in the U.S. without company-sponsored immigration now or in the future.
• A Master’s degree in Business, Organizational Development, or a related field is preferred.
• Preferred certifications include PMP, Agile/Scrum, Prosci Change Management, or equivalent.
• Experience within large global organizations, preferably in RTX or aerospace/defense sectors, is advantageous.
• Strong analytical abilities for interpreting workforce and organizational data.
• Understanding of organizational transformation, engineering processes, and technology-driven organizational change.
