This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado, +7 more states.
• Guide and support Managers and Associates across teams based in the U.S., nearshore, and offshore locations.
• Collaborate with Strategy/Performance and Ad Ops teams to convert strategic plans into actionable execution.
• Oversee the entire campaign deployment lifecycle, encompassing campaign construction, trafficking, quality assurance, launch, optimization execution, and post-launch verification.
• Direct the development of campaign architecture and account structure.
• Act as a senior escalation resource for deployment challenges, launch risks, tracking inconsistencies, platform troubleshooting, and operational hurdles.
• Discover, evaluate, and implement AI-driven solutions for campaign deployment, quality assurance, project management, documentation, and optimization processes.
• Manage internal project oversight for programmatic deployment initiatives.
• Create deployment roadmaps, launch timelines, implementation checklists, and operational documentation.
• Work in conjunction with Ad Operations, Data Science & Analytics, Integrated Media Strategy & Planning, Project Management, and other media craft teams.
• Develop and enhance process improvements, automation, and AI-powered workflows.
• Advocate for DEPT®'s values, fostering an inclusive and collaborative atmosphere.
• 5–7 years of experience in programmatic media within an agency setting, including support for large, intricate, enterprise-level clients.
• Advanced skills in The Trade Desk, DV360, Amazon DSP, and Google Ads.
• Extensive knowledge of Google Ads and YouTube.
• Profound understanding of campaign architecture, account structure development, media deployment, quality assurance, trafficking, launch management, and optimization execution.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and develop teams effectively.
• Significant experience managing complex deployment workflows involving multiple stakeholders, timelines, and workstreams.
• Strong grasp of project management principles, operational planning, launch governance, and process development in enterprise media settings.
• Expertise in campaign troubleshooting, measurement validation, tracking verification, and quality assurance across complex programmatic campaigns.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Collaborative, inquisitive, and solutions-focused approach that aligns with DEPT®'s values and culture.
• Experience with Trello or other Project Management tools.
