This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.
• Oversee the CCU Academy Representatives, offering training, coaching, and leadership.
• Manage and assist the CCU Academy Operations Coordinator along with administrative staff.
• Supervise administrative and system operations for CCU Academy.
• Develop processes and procedures for dual credit grades, transcripts, and registration.
• Implement strategies to enhance productivity and overall success.
• Collaborate with the Dean of CCU Academy on strategic planning and execution.
• Set revenue targets and devise recruitment strategy plans.
• Handle tasks to achieve goals and establish enrollment objectives by region.
• Supervise reporting in conjunction with the Operations Coordinator and data analytics team.
• Present findings to the Dean of CCU Academy.
• Assist the Associate Registrar with scheduling dual credit and dual enrollment courses, grade processing, transcript issues, and operational practices.
• Work together with Admissions, Information Technology, Registrar's Office, CAGS, LDC, Accounting, and Student Life on communication and policy formulation.
• Manage recruitment and travel budget for partner relations alongside the Dean.
• Travel occasionally for recruitment and training purposes, including conventions, school visits, evaluations, and presentations.
• Advocate for Christ-centered higher education and foster relationships with prospective students, parents, and institutions.
• Undertake other recruitment and partner-relations tasks as assigned by the Dean.
• A Master's degree is required; degrees in education, business, or related fields are preferred.
• Background in secondary education (high school) or higher education is essential.
• Prior supervisory experience is necessary.
• Experience in marketing or sales is preferred.
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills, along with strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to design processes and procedures to enhance program efficiency.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Capacity to develop and implement strategic plans.
• Open-minded and capable of collaborating and communicating effectively with peers in administration and academics.
• Familiarity with database systems and technologies utilized in higher and secondary education.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Salesforce, Filebound, Colleague, and Adobe Pro.
• Strong work ethic and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting demanding deadlines.
• A committed follower of Jesus Christ and alignment with CCU's Statement of Faith.
• Ability to articulate personal faith and apply biblical principles in a professional setting.
• A strong sense of calling towards the ministry of Colorado Christian University.
• Active involvement in a Bible-believing evangelical local church.
• Knowledge of the Scriptures and a passion for Christian education.
• Adherence to a traditional evangelical Christian lifestyle consistent with CCU's lifestyle expectations.
• Capability to walk, stand, sit, reach, balance, stoop, communicate clearly, and possess adequate vision and hearing abilities.
• Ability to occasionally lift or move items weighing up to 25 pounds.
• Willingness to engage in campus activities and events, including evenings and weekends.
