This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +4 more states.
β’ Act as a key Lilly representative for healthcare professionals, offering advanced disease-state and product knowledge.
β’ Foster scientific dialogue between Lilly and clinical as well as scientific experts.
β’ Link scientific experts with Lilly resources, including Discovery Scientists, Outcomes Research, Clinical Development Consultants, and Clinical Research Physicians.
β’ Serve as a liaison among Lilly resources, Medical Affairs, Clinical Development, Brand teams, and external experts.
β’ Relay clinical insights and unresolved customer inquiries to medical affairs, clinical development, and brand teams.
β’ Maintain technical proficiency within a therapeutically aligned hematologic malignancies tumor team.
β’ Engage in ongoing education, attend scientific conferences, and perform routine literature reviews.
β’ Share relevant insights with colleagues.
β’ Assist community and academic scientific experts with unsolicited inquiries regarding late- and early-phase hematologic malignancy agents.
β’ Develop and implement strategic territory plans, prioritize tasks, and utilize territory analytics for customer identification and routing.
β’ Collaborate in compliance with Lilly field roles that share customers.
β’ Analyze and communicate actionable customer and clinical insights to internal medical and cross-functional teams.
β’ Build internal relationships, work collaboratively across functions, and contribute to team objectives.
β’ Perform the role in adherence to internal and external regulations, procedures, and laws.
β’ An advanced degree in health sciences (e.g., PharmD, MD, PhD in a medically related field) is required.
β’ 2β3 years of pertinent clinical or therapeutic area experience is preferred.
β’ A master's or bachelor's degree in health sciences (e.g., BSN, RPh, PA, NP) may be considered if there are 5 or more years of clinical, research, or industry experience in the relevant therapeutic area.
β’ A valid US driver's license and an acceptable driving record are required.
β’ Must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis; Lilly will not provide work authorization or visa sponsorship.
β’ Clinical oncology experience, including working with physicians, nurses, nurse practitioners, or pharmacists in hospital or outpatient clinical environments.
β’ Proficiency in using field-based electronic or other communication tools.
β’ Ability to thoroughly understand and articulate extensive scientific information clearly and concisely.
β’ Direct experience addressing customer needs for intricate information.
β’ Experience managing challenging or demanding clients.
β’ Proven ability to prioritize tasks and multitask effectively.
β’ Strong teamwork and interpersonal abilities.
β’ Advanced presentation and computer skills, particularly in literature identification and evaluation.
β’ Experience in professional networking that yields positive and meaningful outcomes.
β’ Familiarity with the academic community and medical research and education processes is highly valued.
β’ Effective verbal and written communication skills.
β’ Willingness to travel overnight up to 60% and work 4β6 weekends a year.
