This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Provide strategic oversight and quality assurance across a portfolio of influencer and creator accounts.
• Coach and mentor team members through account guidance, campaign quality assurance, and complex client execution challenges.
• Potentially directly manage team members, including performance discussions, development planning, and career pathing.
• Manage a select portfolio of enterprise-level clients while cultivating trusted stakeholder relationships.
• Lead comprehensive influencer and creator strategies that align with business goals, audience insights, cultural relevance, creative opportunities, platform behavior, and measurable KPIs.
• Oversee creator discovery and vetting, outreach, negotiation, contracting, briefing, content review, approvals, launch, optimization, and reporting.
• Supervise the onboarding of new accounts and major campaign workflows.
• Directly engage with clients on complex or escalated needs, presenting recommendations and articulating value.
• Utilize creator, content, audience, media, and business-performance data to extract insights, optimize programs, forecast opportunities, and craft executive-ready narratives.
• Collaborate with teams in Paid Social, Performance Creative, Brand and Experiential, Client Strategy, Analytics, Paid Search, Programmatic, Affiliate, and others.
• Guide paid amplification and creator-content integration, covering usage rights, allowlisting/partnership ads, creative testing, and paid-media transitions.
• Support the operational and financial health of accounts and teams, including scopes, budgets, forecasting, billing inputs, staffing, and utilization.
• Enhance influencer and creator best practices, quality assurance processes, measurement methodologies, workflows, documentation, and AI-enabled tools.
• Maintain a knowledge-management infrastructure, including training materials, onboarding resources, templates, and process documentation.
• Lead trainings and internal discussions, contribute to thought leadership, and engage in speaking opportunities.
• Identify and escalate critical client, campaign, or team issues.
• Collaborate with sales and client-growth teams on audits, presentations, scopes, pitches, and expansion opportunities.
• Participate in select client meetings, productions, activations, or team gatherings; occasional travel may be required.
• 5-7 years of experience in influencer and creator marketing within an agency and/or in-house setting, including hands-on management of complex client programs.
• At least 1 year of experience in people management.
• Extensive experience in developing and executing influencer and creator strategies across awareness, consideration, conversion, retention, content production, and paid amplification objectives.
• Proven experience leading enterprise-level programs across various brands, business lines, regions, or stakeholder groups.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end campaign operations, such as creator discovery and vetting, audience analysis, outreach, negotiation, contracting, usage rights, content review, FTC compliance, launch, optimization, and reporting.
• Experience managing relationships with creators, talent managers, agencies, platforms, and vendors, including complex negotiations and enterprise scopes.
• Strong measurement and analytical skills, encompassing KPI establishment, performance interpretation, insight identification, and linking results to business objectives.
• Familiarity with influencer marketing platforms like CreatorIQ, GRIN, Aspire, Tagger, Fohr, or similar, along with working knowledge of web and social analytics tools.
• Solid understanding of TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, Pinterest, Snapchat, LinkedIn, Reddit, Amazon, Twitch, X, and creator-commerce ecosystems.
• Working knowledge of paid social and creator media integration, including allowlisting/partnership ads, paid usage, content testing, and performance optimization.
• Excellent client service, presentation, and executive communication skills.
• Strong project management and organizational abilities.
• Experience contributing to account growth, scope development, strategic audits, and/or new business pitches.
• Strong knowledge of Google Workspace, Excel or Google Sheets, Google Slides, Asana, or similar tools.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Public Relations, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
