This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ireland.
• Assist in formulating digital product strategies while serving as a strategic technology partner and a trusted advisor to the Global Supply Chain.
• Drive the strategy, execution, and operational excellence for platforms and products that support the Global Supply Chain.
• Offer cross-functional domain leadership and technical stewardship for Technical Operations platforms along with related data and workflow systems.
• Convert business priorities into actionable plans, roadmaps, and quantifiable outcomes.
• Prioritize enhancements, manage trade-offs, and implement platform improvements.
• Establish best practices, governance, and prioritization for Supply Chain platforms.
• Supervise the daily health and development of Supply Chain platforms.
• Ensure compliance with GxP and other regulatory requirements, including validation, audit readiness, and issue resolution.
• Maintain controls for security, data integrity, access management, and change management.
• Monitor risks, escalate issues, and enhance platform stability, resilience, and compliance.
• Lead and cultivate capability leaders responsible for digital products that support Global Supply Chain operations.
• Manage relationships with vendors and partners.
• Collaborate with architectural, delivery, and business teams to ensure solutions align with enterprise standards.
• Assist in product capacity planning, lifecycle management, upgrades, and service enhancements.
• Support integration planning across Technical Operations products.
• Implement consistent integration and data standards across Global Supply Chain platforms.
• Facilitate AI and analytics features within products and incorporate data and AI products into capability roadmaps.
• 8-10 years of progressive leadership experience in managing or delivering Technical Operations-related systems and products.
• Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is essential.
• Proven track record of ownership over Technical Operations solutions that support research and nonclinical development or related sectors, including reporting and integration platforms.
• Demonstrated accountability in GxP-regulated settings, including management of audits, validation support, and governance of regulated operations.
• Experience with enterprise-wide ownership of digital platforms that support Technical Operations and regulated activities.
• Strong enterprise perspective, capable of balancing functional requirements with standardization of product delivery and long-term value.
• Product-oriented leadership experience focused on delivering measurable, value-driven outcomes instead of mere project outputs.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Experience in leading and developing high-performing teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as science, technology, or Information Systems.
