Associate Director, Client Services

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Connecticut, +11 more states.

📋 Description

• Manage the working relationships across various accounts

• Facilitate client meetings and establish trust with multiple stakeholders

• Collaborate with Strategy and Decision Science teams to analyze customer data and provide recommendations that enhance participation, redemption, and ROI

• Design and implement seasonal, tiered, and milestone promotions

• Proactively identify issues before they escalate and drive them to resolution

• Discover expansion opportunities and create roadmaps for account growth

• Lead discussions about products and ensure client readiness for launches and significant initiatives

• Oversee daily client and internal partnerships on one or more retail accounts

• Develop loyalty strategies using data and insights

• Direct cross-functional teams to execute programs that boost clients' business performance

⛳️ Requirements

• 8 to 10 years of experience in marketing, customer loyalty, or CRM roles

• A strategic vision complemented by practical execution skills

• Strong analytical abilities and a comfort with converting data into actionable decisions

• Familiarity with CRM, loyalty platforms, and customer segmentation techniques

• Capability to influence and lead cross-functional teams in a fast-paced setting

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related discipline

• Willingness to travel up to 15%

• Experience managing loyalty programs

• Background in retail, e-commerce, or hospitality sectors

• Experience in client services or sales, or possess an advanced degree or certification in marketing or customer engagement
