Associate Director, Channel Strategy, Fulfillment

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey.

📋 Description

• Take charge of the complete performance management process for affordability and channel programs across existing brands and new launches.

• Create metrics and feedback mechanisms to identify deficiencies, suggest improvements, and ensure ongoing enhancement.

• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to establish readiness frameworks for new launches and transitions due to loss of exclusivity.

• Direct portfolio prioritization and allocate resources to opportunities with significant impact.

• Identify execution gaps and devise contingency strategies.

• Design scalable operational frameworks across various products and stages of their lifecycle.

• Optimize communication and accountability among Channel Operations, Market Access, and Field teams.

• Act as a strategic resource within internal market access functions.

• Keep track of external influences such as 340B, policy modifications, and competitor access approaches.

• Convert market intelligence into actionable and strategic modifications.

• Enhance team capabilities and strengthen the talent pool.

• Participate in succession planning and the development of talent for key Channel Strategy roles.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.

• 5-7 years of experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare sectors.

• Required experience in payer and/or channel functions.

• Background in performance tracking and developing quarterly business reviews.

• Experience in a matrix management environment.

• Project management, coordination, and people management experience in a team setting.

• Proven success in program management and leading cross-functional teams.

• Strong analytical capabilities and experience with data-driven decision-making.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

• Highly skilled in Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint.
