📋 Description

• Act as a senior leader for significant client accounts or project portfolios, ensuring outstanding service delivery and client satisfaction.

• Foster client retention, account growth, and business development initiatives.

• Spearhead client presentations, negotiations, and the development and management of fee proposals.

• Discover opportunities to enhance the Infrastructure & Capital Projects service offerings.

• Supervise revenue tracking, margin analysis, accounts receivable, and forecasting activities.

• Implement cost control strategies and provide guidance on capital planning, procurement, commercial management, and risk mitigation.

• Offer value engineering and cost-saving suggestions while ensuring quality and performance benchmarks are met.

• Recruit, mentor, train, and cultivate a high-performing team.

• Oversee internal QA/QC reviews, post-project assessments, and continuous improvement efforts.

• Track KPIs and refine processes to enhance operational performance.

• Represent Accenture at industry events and serve as a senior advisor.

• Support data centers, power grids, rail networks, factories, and public infrastructure projects from strategy through construction and handover.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Project Management, Quantity Surveying, Business, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.

• A minimum of 12 years of progressive experience in construction management, project management, project controls, cost management, or major capital project delivery, including at least 3 years in a leadership role.

• Extensive experience delivering large and complex capital projects within data centers or similarly technically complex environments.

• Experience in leading multidisciplinary teams and project professionals.

• Proven success in managing client relationships and engaging senior stakeholders as a trusted advisor.

• Proficient in managing project financial performance, resource planning, commercial performance, and ensuring delivery quality.

• Experience in supporting business development and account expansion.

• Direct owner-side delivery experience for large-scale data center construction programs or major technically challenging capital projects.

• Familiarity with strategic client accounts and expanding services across a capital portfolio.

• Knowledge in project management, construction management, PMO, project governance, project controls, cost, schedule, risk, change, commercial management, and executive reporting.

• Experience in developing governance models, project controls standards, reporting processes, KPIs, procedures, and assurance programs.

• Experience with capital planning, procurement, contracting strategies, construction contracts, value engineering, cost optimization, and commercial negotiations.

• Knowledge of project controls digitalization, PMIS implementation, integrated data environments, dashboards, analytics, workflow automation, and AI.

• Proficient with Primavera P6, Oracle Unifier, EcoSys, Procore, Autodesk Construction Cloud, Power BI, or similar project delivery platforms.

• Professional certifications such as PMP, PE, CCM, AACE CCP, PSP, MRICS, or equivalent are preferred.
