This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with field and office teams to gather their insights and evaluate whether SAP or an existing tool can meet their needs prior to creating any new solutions.

• Develop and configure pilot tools utilizing AI, automation, and workflow platforms based on use cases highlighted by the Chief Digital Officer.

• Conduct user testing on pilots, assess time savings or enhanced outcomes, and refine the tools based on the findings.

• Partner with analytics and systems teams to gather necessary data for pilot projects.

• Document the functionality of each pilot, the tests conducted, and the lessons learned.

• Provide concise updates to share the results clearly.

• Assist in transitioning validated pilots to the delivery team for production implementation.

• Evaluate AI tools created by various teams and departments before they are released more broadly.

• Help manage live tools by overseeing answer quality, correcting inaccuracies, and identifying tools that are not delivering value.

• Report to the Chief Digital Officer as a member of the Digital & AI team.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or a related area, or equivalent experience.

• Proficient knowledge of Python or a comparable programming language.

• Basic data proficiency (SQL, spreadsheets, or data analysis tools).

• Familiarity with contemporary AI tools and concepts, including LLMs, prompt engineering, copilots, and workflow automation platforms.

• Excellent documentation, communication, and collaboration abilities.

• Coursework or advanced studies in machine learning or AI is advantageous.
