Associate Dean – Online Product Health

📋 Description

• Act as the key subject matter expert for the Liberal Arts and History programs within SNHU's online Global Campus.

• Execute operational-level project initiatives and program projects to maintain overall product health.

• Discover opportunities to enhance operational efficiency and foster programmatic innovation.

• Ensure the effective functioning of daily academic program operations.

• Promote student success and quality through data-driven decision-making.

• Supervise programs and curriculum to guarantee effective delivery and relevance.

• Meet institutional and programmatic benchmarks and performance metrics with analytical backing.

• Collaborate with instructional and curriculum design teams on the development of programs and courses.

• Assist in designing flexible and scalable learning models that address affordability, access, and completion speed.

• Ensure programs comply with accreditation standards, institutional policies, and governance requirements.

• Cultivate faculty engagement, community, and collaboration to enhance curriculum delivery.

• Conduct environmental scanning and research to recognize trends and inform strategic actions.

• Support improvements in processes, automation, data and reporting, scalability, cost reduction, and collaboration.

• Engage in professional development activities that promote growth and foster a national presence.

⛳️ Requirements

• Possess a terminal degree in Liberal Arts, History, Social Sciences, or a closely related academic field.

• Minimum of 2 years of progressive experience in higher education administration.

• Proven experience in successfully managing online degree programs.

• Familiarity with the environmental factors affecting the higher education landscape and the assigned portfolio.

• Comprehension of the principles of learning science and factors influencing student success.

• Candidates must reside in and work from one of the approved states.

• A reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace that is free from distractions are required.
