📋 Description

• Assist in the preparation of clean databases by reviewing clinical trial data through CDMS or external data listings.

• Ensure that the captured data adheres to protocol and Data Management Plan guidelines.

• Contribute to and review Data Management Plans for clinical study deliverables.

• Generate queries for internal or external personnel to address problematic data.

• Review responses to queries, rectify discrepancies, and adjust databases as necessary.

• Support the development of CRFs and edit check specifications according to protocol.

• Engage in user acceptance testing of CRFs, edit check specifications, and study-specific data listings.

• Prepare and maintain documentation for CRF, edit check, and data listing testing.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or its international equivalent from an accredited institution, preferably in a technical, clinical, or health-related field, or a relevant combination of education, training, and experience.

• 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience with commercial clinical data management systems and/or EDC products (e.g., Oracle RDC/Inform, Medidata Rave, DataLabs, etc.); alternatively, demonstrated experience across all primary job functions.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.

• Strong computer skills within a Microsoft Windows environment.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite applications (e.g., Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.).

• Proven track record of enhancing customer experiences through positive interactions, quality and timely deliverables, and task ownership.

• Strong analytical and organizational capabilities.

• Ability to work independently and oversee multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced setting with shifting priorities.
