This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +12 more states.
• Utilize the Zoomph platform to measure social media and broadcast KPIs across various channels, teams, media outlets, and properties.
• Recognize and analyze social media data trends from individual posts to campaigns and series.
• Evaluate outcomes and convey insights to both internal and external stakeholders.
• Suggest, prioritize, and create industry benchmarks for clients and sponsors.
• Work alongside customer success team members to propose social media content strategies that enhance content value and draw in new sponsors.
• Assess data quality, applications, and functionalities.
• Generate outputs and maintain operational processes.
• Contribute to the development of new products and enhance product delivery and presentation.
• Utilize and support database applications and analytical tools.
• Ensure timely and appropriate user/customer involvement in data collection and query systems.
• Create methodologies and files for data analysis and presentation.
• Stay informed about issues and events impacting organizations, departments, and customers.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a relevant field.
• 1–3 years of experience in a data analyst role.
• Background in marketing, communication, digital strategies, and data analytics.
• Experience in the sports industry is preferred.
• Technical expertise and strategic thinking skills.
• Strong business insight, data understanding, and statistical knowledge.
• Capability to devise methodologies for data collection, analysis, and presentation.
• Proficient in facilitating communication and resolving issues.
• Ability to identify system or process challenges and engage the team in finding solutions.
• Skill in interpreting data trends and patterns relevant to the organization.
• Competency in designing databases and data systems.
• Self-motivated and proactive.
• Must be capable of sitting at a desk and working on a computer for extended periods.
• Must possess the ability to talk, hear, see, and type.
• Must be willing to travel to conferences and/or events as necessary.
