Associate Customer Support Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Accountable for the overall success and relationship management between the Customer’s Operation, Motorola Subcontractors, and Motorola Solutions.

• Provide excellent support to valued customers through account invoicing and customer service.

• Collaborate with other team members and functions to maintain essential network operations.

• Serve STARCOM21, a statewide land mobile radio partnership that supports first responders, law enforcement agencies, and fire departments in Illinois.

⛳️ Requirements

• High School diploma, Associate's, or Bachelor's Degree, or a minimum of 3 years of experience in a Technical Customer Support or Public Safety setting.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite applications.

• Must have legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely.

• Employer sponsorship for work permits is not available for this role.

• Travel expected to be less than 10%.

• Relocation assistance is not offered.
