This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Collaborate with Art Directors, Copywriters, and Designers to develop and implement brand communication and engagement initiatives across diverse media.
• Report directly to and work closely with the Creative Director.
• Share accountability for the quality, impact, and effectiveness of the agency's creative outputs.
• Serve as the Lead Creative for various brands and projects.
• Create and guide concepts for advertising and promotional campaigns.
• Shape and direct the creative strategy and execution alongside brand teams and fellow creatives.
• Showcase current creative insights and contribute to elevating the agency's reputation as a premier healthcare creative communications firm.
• Foster strong interpersonal relationships and motivate colleagues.
• Advocate for creativity and promote a collaborative company culture.
• Oversee, mentor, and train junior staff members.
• Provide constructive challenges and inspire innovative creative ideation.
• Identify new business prospects and recommend and pursue new business initiatives.
• Assist in ensuring that the Creative Department achieves its performance targets.
• Lead, manage, and present new business pitch materials.
• Proven experience in a creative role within a well-regarded healthcare advertising agency.
• Strong design capabilities.
• An entrepreneurial mindset in seeking new creative opportunities.
• Ability to help shape and enhance the company's offerings and operational methods.
• Capability to provide creative insights as a vital member of brand teams.
• Proficiency in building a clear and compelling narrative through concept presentations.
• Skill in developing innovative creative solutions.
• Understanding of various communication platforms and design tools, such as video, PowerPoint, websites, apps, print, and immersive experiences.
• Demonstrated evidence of mentorship, teamwork, and collaboration through recent work and experiences.
• Must be proficient in Figma.
