📋 Description

• Facilitate collaboration across various disciplines on projects involving designated client and agency teams.

• Evaluate production vendors to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness.

• Assist in negotiating agency and vendor proposals to secure the best value.

• Participate in scoping, pre-bid, and strategy meetings to synchronize creative direction, timelines, and budgets.

• Uphold client policies, production standards, and industry best practices.

• Engage in budget discussions and bid negotiations related to Animation and VFX.

• Assess Animation and VFX production specifications, timelines, and budgets for precision.

• Inform clients and APR teams about production technologies, AI integration in workflows, animation, and VFX.

• Spot opportunities to utilize and repurpose creative assets through emerging technologies.

• Keep abreast of advancements in AI within post-production, particularly in Editorial, VFX, and workflow solutions.

• Aid in capturing APR savings and ensure the accuracy of final projects.

• Take part in cross-team knowledge sharing and discussions as a subject matter expert.

• Input and verify project details in APR’s Acero database, encompassing savings, KPIs, and cost drivers.

• Assist in the development of case studies.

• Foster and maintain relationships with clients and agencies while supporting internal teams and external partners.

⛳️ Requirements

• 5–10 years of extensive experience in producing video content for an advertising or production firm, in roles such as line producer or executive producer.

• Proficient in Google Suite tools.

• Solid understanding of VFX software, technology, and AI workflow solutions.

• Familiarity with union crew labor, SAG regulations, and regional market pricing.

• Personable, collaborative, and diplomatic; capable of influencing and impacting others on crucial projects.
