Associate Commercial Title Examiner

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +45 more states.

📋 Description

• Conducts title examinations and reviews the chain of title for orders located in Wisconsin.

• Prepares the initial title commitment documents in accordance with established procedural guidelines.

• May summarize records for residential properties.

• Investigates public records and assesses titles to ascertain the legal status of primarily commercial or industrial property titles.

• Copies or condenses recorded documents that impact the condition of the title.

• Collaborates under the supervision of seasoned team members.

• Executes additional responsibilities as assigned.

• High School Diploma or equivalent qualification.

• Entry-level position; prior experience in title or related real estate fields is preferred.

• Strong attention to detail.
