Associate Cloud Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Implement fundamental solutions within cloud environments, which involve new installations, upgrades, and migrations.

• Construct and set up basic cloud infrastructure, including the installation of domain-specific modules and configurations.

• Collect customer information to fully comprehend their needs for tailored solution configurations.

• Offer proactive recommendations and responses throughout the deployment phase.

• Work collaboratively with cloud teams to configure and establish the environment.

• Aid customers in configuring applications and conducting testing.

• Evaluate deployed solutions prior to the go-live stage.

• Diagnose and resolve issues related to upgrades, installations, and configurations under team supervision.

• Support customers during the go-live phase while maintaining ownership of requests until resolution.

• Provide regular updates on deployment progress and address any customer concerns.

• Document the progress of customer cases and all activities related to deployment.

• Leverage technical expertise of supported software for effective solution deployment and issue resolution.

⛳️ Requirements

• High School Diploma.

• Experience in a customer service-oriented role.

• Basic technical knowledge of Windows operating systems, SQL databases, PC hardware, and networking.

• Proficient in Microsoft Windows and Office applications.

• Strong oral and written communication abilities.

• Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time management skills.

• Capability to excel in a fast-paced, deadline-driven setting.

• Critical thinking, problem-solving, and data collection skills.

• Ability to exercise sound judgment and escalate issues when necessary.

• Proven collaboration and interpersonal skills.

• Preferred: experience or understanding of deploying, migrating, or upgrading solutions in cloud environments.

• Preferred: knowledge of cloud infrastructure build processes, application configuration, and testing projects.

• Preferred: experience in troubleshooting technical issues related to product upgrades, installations, and configurations.

• Preferred: ability to maintain ownership of customer requests and ensure follow-through on resolutions.

• Preferred: experience in maintaining comprehensive deployment documentation.
