This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Missouri.

📋 Description

• Deliver extensive engineering, sales, educational, and technical assistance for Cardiac Rhythm Management products.

• Address inquiries from the field made by physicians, healthcare professionals, patients, and field sales personnel.

• Serve as a clinical liaison between the medical community and the organization.

• Establish and maintain trustworthy business relationships with customers.

• Share expertise on CRM products with clients.

• Offer engineering, sales, education, and clinical support for field inquiries.

• Keep up-to-date knowledge of CRM products, associated technical insights, industry trends, and key market players.

• Design, lead, and conduct CRM product training sessions and programs for healthcare professionals.

• Provide supplemental support to CRM Sales Representatives.

• Operate in a field-based role within the Cardiac Rhythm Management division.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Bio-Medical Engineering, a related field, or equivalent healthcare experience.

• 0–2 years of relevant experience or a program certification from an accredited cardiac training program.

• Ability to achieve certification in CRM products.

• Knowledge of cardiology, electro-physiology, or cardiac electrophysiology procedures.

• Familiarity with cath lab and operating room protocols and procedures.

• Advanced understanding of cardiac pacing systems.

• Engineering skills to analyze and resolve complex clinical issues.

• Strong written and verbal communication capabilities.

• Excellent interpersonal, presentation, analytical, and organizational skills.

• Proven ability to meet deadlines efficiently.

• Detail-oriented and adept at working independently.

• Ability to collaborate with engineers, technical experts, vendors, and clients.

• Capability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and effectively.

• Proficient in personal computer skills, including Microsoft Office or similar software.

• Ability to create presentation materials utilizing graphics, word processing, databases, and authoring tools.

• Willingness to travel approximately 20% of the time.
