Associate Clinical Applications Specialist, Cardiology

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Deliver exceptional customer support and educational resources to current Nuclear Medicine and PET clients.

• Conduct pre-training for CardioGen-82, provide training for new end-users, generator return training, and ongoing education.

• Educate customer staff on the use of CardioGen-82 generators, accessories, infusion systems, PET image acquisition and processing parameters, and the safe handling of radioactive materials (ALARA).

• Install infusion systems and offer continual support, which includes initial testing and documentation of findings.

• Diagnose issues with CardioGen-82 and assist the Clinical Support Helpline.

• Serve as a liaison between Professional Services and customers regarding generator or infusion system issues and complaints.

• Collaborate with Clinical Applications, Nuclear Medicine Marketing, and field sales teams on strategies for customer success and satisfaction.

• Work alongside Nuclear Medicine leadership throughout the customer training process.

• Assist in company-sponsored meetings and staffing.

• Undertake additional responsibilities as required by business demands.

⛳️ Requirements

• Preferred experience with cardiac PET.

• Preferred experience in cardiac PET installations, applications, and/or troubleshooting.

• Nuclear Medicine certification is mandatory through NMTBC and/or ARRT (N).

• Excellent interpersonal skills and a team-oriented mindset.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

• Moderate to advanced proficiency in Excel is required.

• Exceptional organizational and project management skills.

• Ability to collaborate with diverse groups across all levels of the organization.

• Capacity to effectively manage multiple priorities.

• Proficient computer skills are essential.

• Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities.

• Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a matrix environment.

• Domestic travel is necessary, up to 80% of the time.

• Must possess a valid driver's license and be able to operate a company vehicle without restrictions.
