This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia, +2 more countries.

📋 Description

• Cultivate and maintain strong, productive relationships with both prospective and current artist and label clients, serving as the main point of contact.

• Utilize Zendesk to monitor client interactions and assess particular service level agreements (SLAs).

• Streamline communication with clients and serve as a liaison among internal team members.

• Collaborate with Symphonic’s international team to strategize and execute tailored release marketing initiatives.

• Oversee daily logistics related to release management, including metadata compliance, production, ingestion, and takedown processes.

• Strategize, manage, and evaluate the financial performance of client relationships, encompassing budget development, monitoring, and sales/streaming revenue analysis.

• Proactively identify potential issues and implement effective communication and tactical strategies to address them.

• Participate in Corporate and Client Marketing meetings to assist in the development and pitching of new clients.

• Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Music or a related business field, or 2 years of relevant experience in a key client relationship role within a record label, distributor, artist management company, publisher, agency, or DSP.

• Demonstrated success in nurturing emerging artists or labels.

• Established deep connections or roots within the music industry community.

• Capacity to work remotely on a full-time basis.

• Must be located in Mexico, Colombia, or Chile.
