📋 Description

• Advocate for data-driven decision-making across essential business initiatives, including the growth and development of carriers and the creation of new products from inception to launch.

• Collaborate closely with the VP of BizOps & Analytics.

• Utilize advanced machine learning models to perform comprehensive analyses and derive insights that inform growth strategies.

• Work alongside marketing, product, and business development teams to incorporate customer performance insights into strategies for user and partner acquisition.

• Oversee the design, implementation, and evaluation of A/B testing on both new and existing features.

• Define, analyze, and experiment with factors that drive profitable and scalable user acquisition and partnership growth.

• Spot opportunities to automate repetitive processes and enhance operational efficiency.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in a quantitatively or intellectually demanding field (preferred experience).

• Over 1 year of management consulting experience at a leading firm, ideally McKinsey, Bain, or Boston Consulting Group, OR relevant experience in business analysis or operations.

• Strong proficiency in SQL and/or conducting complex data analyses.

• A systematic approach to problem-solving and first-principles thinking.

• Ability to communicate effectively with a diverse range of audiences, from front-line staff to C-suite executives.

• Must currently reside in one of the designated hiring locations: Arizona, California, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Massachusetts, North Carolina, New Jersey, Nevada, New York, Oregon, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, or Ontario, Canada.
